This Privacy Policy explains how Draftmate LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company ("Draftmate", "we", "us"), collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Draftmate website, browser extension, local Draftmate app, and related services.

Draftmate has two halves: a browser extension that draws the panel inside a draft room, and a local app you install on your own computer that holds your rankings and does the scoring. They handle data very differently, so the extension has its own section below.

1. Information We Collect

• Account details — name, email address, and the license key issued at purchase.
• Billing information — processed via Stripe. We do not store full card numbers; Stripe provides us a customer ID and confirmation of payment.
• Draft activity — the drafts you take part in on the platforms Draftmate supports (FFPC, DraftKings, Underdog, Yahoo Fantasy, Sleeper, ESPN Fantasy, MyFantasyLeague and Fleaflicker), the picks you make, and the picks visible on the live draft board. On FFPC, DraftKings and Underdog this also powers your portfolio view and exposure math. It is read by the extension and processed on your own computer by the local Draftmate app; it is not sent to us. We do not read content from tabs on any other site.
• Usage events — feature use, recommendation activity, trial milestones, and bridge-health pings. These are written to a log file on your own computer so that you (or we, if you send it to us with a support request) can diagnose a problem. We do not receive them automatically. If that ever changes, this policy and our browser-store disclosures will be updated first.
• Device and session signals — a stable device identifier (a hash, not your hostname in the clear), your computer's hostname (for "you're now signed in on a different machine" messaging), app version, and IP address. Sent by the local Draftmate app when it activates or renews your license. Used for active-session enforcement and anti-abuse only.
• Support communications — anything you send to support@getdraftmate.com or related addresses.

2. The Browser Extension

The Draftmate extension for Firefox, Chrome and Edge is the display half of the product. Everything it reads goes to the Draftmate app running on your own computer, at a loopback address (127.0.0.1) that by definition cannot leave your machine.

• Where it runs. Only on the draft and contest pages of the sites Draftmate supports — myffpc.com, draftkings.com, Underdog, Yahoo Fantasy, Sleeper, ESPN Fantasy, MyFantasyLeague and Fleaflicker. The free "Draftmate" extension from the Chrome Web Store and Edge Add-ons runs only on the last five (Yahoo, Sleeper, ESPN, MyFantasyLeague and Fleaflicker); the "Draftmate Pro" extension installed with the Draftmate app runs on all eight. Neither has permission to read any other website, and neither runs on one.
• What it reads. The draft board you are already looking at: which players are still available, the picks that have been made, your own roster, and the contest's name and format. It reads the page; it does not submit picks, enter contests, or change anything on the site. You make every pick yourself.
• Where that goes. To the Draftmate app on your computer, over 127.0.0.1, and nowhere else. The extension sends no draft data to Draftmate's servers, and none to any third party.
• What it stores. Your own panel settings — selected rankings format, weighting choices, how many players to show, where you dragged the panel — in the browser's own extension storage, on your device.
• What it does not do. It collects no browsing history, no personally identifying information, no authentication credentials and no payment details. It contains no analytics, tracking or advertising code. The only network requests it makes are to the draft site you are on — or that site's own public draft API, on Sleeper and Fleaflicker, and on Yahoo the room's own pick feed, using the page's existing session — to read the state of your draft, and to the Draftmate app on 127.0.0.1. It never contacts any other party. We do not sell or transfer data collected by the extension, do not use it for any purpose unrelated to displaying the Draftmate panel, and never use it to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.

The only components that contact a Draftmate server are the local app's license check (api.getdraftmate.com) and its update check against our public releases page. Neither carries draft data.

3. How We Use Information

• To provide and operate the Service.
• To process payments and manage your access.
• To enforce trial limits, active-session rules, and prevent fraud.
• To improve recommendation quality and identify bugs.
• To respond to support requests and meet legal obligations.

4. Subprocessors

We use the following service providers to operate Draftmate. Each receives only the data needed for their function:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Fly.io — hosting for the license validation backend.
• Postmark — transactional email (license delivery, renewal reminders).
• Cloudflare — DNS and content delivery for the marketing site.

We do not sell personal information.

5. Where Your Draft Data Lives

Your portfolio — the teams you've drafted, their rosters, and the exposure figures calculated from them — is stored on your own computer, in a local database created by the Draftmate app. It is not uploaded to us, and we cannot read it.

One practical consequence: because it is local, a draft you completed on a mobile app or on a different computer is not present until you sync it on the machine you are using. Draftmate provides a one-click sync per site for exactly this.

6. Retention

We retain account and billing data for as long as your license is active and for a reasonable period afterward for tax, dispute, and fraud-prevention purposes. Draft pick data is retained as part of your portfolio history; you can request deletion at any time via the contact below.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information. Contact us at privacy@getdraftmate.com to exercise any of these rights.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards including TLS in transit and encrypted storage at rest for sensitive fields. No system is 100% secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date at the top of this page.
