Refund Policy

All Draftmate purchases — Weekly Pass and Season Pass — are final and non-refundable, except where required by law, explicitly stated in writing at purchase, or covered by sections 2–4 below. Because Draftmate gives you immediate access to live decision support, we cannot offer a "tried it, didn't like it" refund window.
2. Trial First
Every account gets one free trial draft (rounds 1-5, panel locks at the start of round 6). The trial exists precisely so you can evaluate Draftmate before paying. We recommend using your trial in a low-stakes mock or BBT before committing to a Season Pass.
3. Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days at billing@getdraftmate.com with your transaction details. We will investigate and resolve confirmed billing errors promptly.
4. Duplicate Charges
Confirmed duplicate charges will be corrected or refunded in full, regardless of the timing.
5. Service Discontinuation
If we discontinue Draftmate mid-season for reasons not caused by your own conduct, we will issue a prorated refund of any active Season Pass.
6. Terms Violations
No refunds are issued for access revoked due to a Terms violation — including account sharing, payment fraud, trial-circumvention behavior, or chargeback abuse.
7. Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, please contact billing@getdraftmate.com so we can resolve the issue directly. We reserve the right to suspend access during open payment disputes and to permanently disable accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks.
